COURT POLITICS

We cannot say that we like his tone. Nor can we say that we completely agree with his assessment of the judiciary as a whole. Still, Michael Graham's recent article in Charleston City Paper raises some interesting points about the often unchecked power of judges.

Comments:
Again, we recognize a myriad of areas that call out for reform in the Family Court. And we are hoping for assistance in formulating and implementing some of those reforms. Our objection to Mr. Graham's tone was that we believed that he paints with too broad a brush in his criticism of judges.
