- Pursuant to an order, withhold income for child support and health insurance premiums for medical support;
- Remit withheld payments; and,
- Report terminated employees.
These federal requirements make many of the provisions of the proposed "anti-immigration" bills unnecessary. Again, we should try enforcing old laws before enacting new laws that may be both unconstitutional and have unintended consequences.
