We read the Olmstead Final Complaint, as well as the Olmstead Final Petition. And although we think that, based on past experience, the State of South Carolina has some problems, we are not in a position to comment on whether there is legal merit to this Complaint. Still, we suspect that those who are not receiving either their child support or Federally-mandated services should be able to successfully maintain a similar suit on the basis that Federal enforcement funds are either being squandered, being given to non-profits with connections to Legislators, or being used for improper purposes.
